Referral Fee Disclosure

This disclosure explains the $375 administrative referral fee charged by DomoNova. Please read it before engaging our service. This disclosure is provided in plain language for transparency, in addition to any written service agreement you sign at the time of engagement.
1. What DomoNova Is (and Is Not)
DomoNova is an independent referral platform. DomoNova is not a real estate brokerage, is not a lender, and does not represent buyers or sellers in a real estate transaction. Licensed services are provided by:
- Real estate: Licensed Realtors® under eXp Realty (BK3228393, BK693404, CQ1037043).
- Mortgage: Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators under Bold Mortgage, a division of PRMG – Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (NMLS 75243, NMLS 1277613).
DomoNova and the referred professionals operate as independent parties. DomoNova does not control the licensed services or the outcome of your transaction.
2. What the $375 Fee Covers
The $375 administrative referral fee compensates DomoNova for:
- Intake, needs analysis, and matching you with the right licensed professional.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) coordination throughout your process.
- Platform operations, secure data handling, and technology.
- Follow-up and administrative support during your transaction.
3. Who Pays and When
The consumer (buyer, seller, homeowner, or heir) pays the $375 directly to DomoNova at the start of the formal transaction — that is, when the referred licensed professional begins working on your file (e.g., listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or mortgage application).
The fee is separate from and in addition to any:
- Real estate commission negotiated with the eXp listing or buyer agent.
- Loan origination fee, lender fee, or closing cost from Bold Mortgage / PRMG.
- Third-party costs (appraisal, inspection, title, taxes, etc.).
Real estate commissions are paid at closing and are itemized on the Closing Disclosure / Seller's Net Sheet. Mortgage fees are disclosed on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. The $375 DomoNova fee is not a real estate commission and is not a mortgage origination charge.
4. Refund Policy
- If you cancel before the referred professional begins substantive work on your file, you receive a full refund.
- If the referred professional has begun work but no transaction proceeds, DomoNova will review the case and may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
- Once a formal engagement (listing agreement, buyer agreement, or mortgage application) is in place, the $375 fee is generally non-refundable.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Paying the referral fee does not guarantee the sale of a property, the purchase of a home, loan approval, a specific interest rate, or a specific price. All transactions depend on market conditions, underwriting, appraisal, inspection, and other factors outside DomoNova's control.
6. RESPA & Mortgage Referrals
The $375 administrative fee paid to DomoNova is charged directly by the consumer to DomoNova for administrative and platform services rendered to the consumer. It is not a fee paid by any lender to DomoNova in exchange for the referral of mortgage business, and DomoNova does not receive kickbacks or unearned fees from any lender in connection with a federally related mortgage loan (12 U.S.C. § 2607 / RESPA Section 8). You are free to shop for and choose any lender or real estate professional; using DomoNova's referral is optional.

DomoNova and the licensed professionals it refers comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing laws. We serve all consumers without discrimination.

By paying the $375 administrative referral fee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclosure, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
