This Privacy Policy explains how DomoNova ("DomoNova", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through domonova.pro and related pages. DomoNova is an independent referral platform that connects consumers with licensed real estate and mortgage professionals. DomoNova is not a real estate brokerage and is not a lender.

1. Information We Collect

Contact information you submit through forms: name, email, phone, property address, and message.
Transaction context: whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or heir; timeline; general property details.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and cookies used for basic analytics and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

To contact you about the service you requested (call, text, or email).
To refer you to a licensed Realtor® (eXp Realty) or Mortgage Loan Originator (Bold Mortgage / PRMG) matched to your need.
To process the $375 administrative referral fee when you engage our service (see our Referral Fee Disclosure).
To comply with legal, tax, and licensing obligations.

3. TCPA / Consent to Contact

By submitting a form or clicking a consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive calls, SMS/text messages, and emails from DomoNova and its referred licensed professionals, including through automated dialing systems, at the phone number and email you provided, even if that number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

4. Sharing With Referred Professionals

We share the information you submit only with the licensed professional we refer you to (a Realtor® under eXp Realty — BK3228393, BK693404, CQ1037043 — or a Mortgage Loan Originator under Bold Mortgage / PRMG — NMLS 75243, NMLS 1277613). We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for marketing.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to measure site performance and detect abuse. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

6. Data Retention

We keep lead information for as long as needed to service your request and to meet Florida real estate and federal mortgage recordkeeping requirements (typically up to 5 years). You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

Your information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. Only the DomoNova team and your assigned licensed professional can access it.

8. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@domonova.pro. Florida residents and residents of states with consumer privacy laws (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — DomoNova does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes.
