These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of domonova.pro and any related services provided by DomoNova ("DomoNova", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. What DomoNova Is

DomoNova is an independent consumer concierge and technology platform. DomoNova is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, title company, law firm, credit repair company, or financial advisor. Real estate and mortgage services are provided separately by appropriately licensed professionals: Realtors® under eXp Realty (BK3228393, BK693404, CQ1037043) and Mortgage Loan Originators under Bold Mortgage, a division of PRMG – Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (NMLS 75243, NMLS 1277613). You are free to shop for and choose any lender or real estate professional; using a DomoNova introduction is optional.

2. $375 DomoNova Consumer Concierge Service Fee

DomoNova charges a flat $375 DomoNova Consumer Concierge Service Fee, due upon enrollment in DomoNova's Consumer Concierge Service. The fee covers consumer-facing intake, bilingual administrative coordination, technology access, document and milestone tracking, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support. DomoNova does not charge the consumer for the mere referral, introduction, recommendation, or contact information of a professional. The fee is separate from any real estate commission, mortgage fee, lender charge, title charge, appraisal fee, inspection fee, insurance premium, tax, legal fee, or other third-party cost, and does not depend on whether a transaction closes.

3. No Real Estate, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Content on this site is for general information only and is not real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. Property values, mortgage rates, timelines, and market data are estimates and may change. Always consult a licensed professional before making a decision.

4. Consumer Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by DomoNova and the licensed professional we refer you to by phone (including autodialed calls and SMS/text), email, or other channels you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Consent to automated texts or robocalls is not required to receive our services. You may opt out at any time.

All content on this site (text, logos, design) is owned by DomoNova or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomoNova, its owners, employees, and referred professionals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or transaction outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to DomoNova in administrative fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity

DomoNova and the licensed professionals it refers comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
